Setting up

Every need has its solution

We can support you in finding a location for implementing your project regardless of the size of your business and its commercial sector.

Our solutions are flexible and agile: incubators, relay halls, dividable offices, subscription based spaces, FabLab, LivingLab etc.

You are able to:

  • purchase land
  • purchase or lease a building
  • occupy and/or share an office
  • take a tour of the property market, without obligation

We will help you to identify real property throughout the Namur region, which is not exclusive to our economic resourced business parks

The BEP has 34 business parks and 1,300 hectares of land which is home to 1,350 companies and nearly 17,000 employees.

Various types of space are available, including several theme parks:

  • Ecolys®, in Namur, dedicated to eco-construction
  • Mecalys®, in Andenne, dedicated to industrial processes
  • Crealys®, in Gembloux, the science park
  • Care-YS, in Namur, dedicated to healthcare and the Silver Economy
  • Ciney, dedicated to agribusiness

The BEP also has 30 relay halls for SMEs who have been trading for less than five years. These fledgling businesses can get assistance with accommodation (under certain conditions): a 50% reduction in the rent total during the first year and a 25% reduction during the second (exclusive of charges).

The relay halls are buildings designed to accommodate fledgling businesses during their start-up period. The offices and workshops are modular.

The Business Centres are office buildings which can be split according to the occupant’s demands and requirements.

The Crealys® Smart Work Centre (Gembloux – Isnes) operates according to a flexible formula: there is no long-term commitment nor is any large advance deposit payment required. It comes pre-equipped with communication technology, and this space is aimed specifically at self-employed workers, project managers, fledgling companies and the mobile workforce (salesman, technicians, etc.)

The TRAKK, based in Namur, has a creative hub, which is an area dedicated to creativity and the emergence of new products and services: a fablab (a digital manufacturing laboratory), a living lab (an area dedicated to creativity and brainstorming), photo studios, offices, collaborative spaces and an entertainment program designed for businesses from within the sector.
