During 2016, Mr Jean-Philippe Richard, manager of the company Richard Jacques & Fils, contacted our services as his premises in the commune of Houyet had become too cramped. Our investment unit came up with a solution that met his expectations.
So without future ado, this professional heating specialist became the owner of a plot equipped with all the necessary utilities in the Beauraing business park.
He was one of the first to settle there, benefiting from personalised assistance provided by the services of the BEP to become established. What a success it has proved to be!
A great story
The company has developed significantly since then, constantly having to take on new staff. In 2023, it employed 11 people, whereas when he first moved to the business park Mr Richard worked alone.
Indeed, the company developed so well that a few years later the facilities became cramped once more and thoughts again turned to extending the existing infrastructures.
The possibility of launching a new investment programme is therefore being examined.
