Key figures

èggo has doubled its revenue in ten years, with an annual turnover of €170 million. It employs more than 650 people and 350 installation partners, and has a network of 74 retailers in Belgium and Luxembourg. èggo is also one of the few kitchen design companies to have invested in its own logistics centre in Belgium.

These developments demonstrate èggo’s commitment to being an influential entrepreneurial stakeholder, improving the life of its employees, partners and clients.

èggo’s strategic plan for 2025–2030

Namur-based èggo is entering a new era with the inauguration of its new headquarters. This symbolises a working environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. This move signals the first step in an ambitious strategic plan for 2025–2030, with a total investment of €25 million.

Ambitious objectives for 2030

èggo’s goal is to achieve a turnover of €250 million, and to recruit 180 additional employees, by 2030. Due to the company’s growth, moving had become a necessity. Its offices in Bois-de-Villers were too small and inefficient in terms of energy, and no longer met their current needs.

‘Bringing all of our activities together in a single site will improve efficiency, and respond to the challenges our employees face in terms of mobility,’ says Frédéric Taminiaux, the CEO of èggo.

Expanding and renewing the network

The plan includes opening five new showrooms in Belgium, primarily in Flanders, and completely renovating the 56 existing shops. The new concept for the shops highlights the potential of the brand’s design solutions, from kitchens and changing rooms to laundry rooms, bathrooms and libraries. While kitchens remain the core of their business, èggo aims to bring bespoke design to every room in the house.

Technology and the customer experience

èggo intends to improve the customer experience by offering an even more personalised service, based on people and technology. The plan includes advanced training for design teams, a remote design service (èggo@home), redesigning the website and the launch of a new kitchen design tool. èggo has invested more than €4 million in digitalisation since 2021, in partnership with Odoo. This has led to more efficient workflows and a higher-quality customer service.

Conquering the Spanish market

èggo has already opened 13 showrooms in Spain, and aims to become the leading supplier of bespoke fitted kitchens in the country. The company plans to open 20 additional showrooms within five years, bolstering its presence in the Spanish market, which has nearly 20 million households and very few active kitchen design companies.

A sustainable commitment

èggo takes sustainability seriously Its ‘Life’ programme works on environmentally friendly solutions, such as the electrification of its vehicles, the installation of solar panels, LED lighting and the centralised management of waste. The company also recycles materials via its logistics centre in Rhisnes. For example, the household appliances installed by the company currently represent 28% of its environmental impact. This is significant enough that they are considering choosing products that are much less energy intensive for their clients. The company is also considering concrete solutions to further extend the lifespan of its kitchens, in order to give them a second life.

Frédéric Taminiaux explains: ‘The sustainability challenges of the future are driving us to reconsider our business model. We must find concrete solutions to extend the lifespan of our kitchens, and to guide our clients towards more sustainable choices. ’

Social and cultural commitments

èggo actively supports social and cultural initiatives, in particular by being the first partner of the Festival International Nature Namur (FINN). The company also participates in Viva for Life and De Warmste Week, and has raised nearly €100,000 in three years. In addition, the Ellëg association founded by èggo has been involved in humanitarian and educational projects in Senegal for 35 years.
